Must be able to work in collaboration and be able to take art direction. Pay Range
Salary: $64,480 - $65,000

3-5 years of experience photo editing for a major entertainment website/ relevant work experience
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Possess an interest and knowledge of photography, celebrity, current events and pop culture
• Must have an advanced and keen eye for photo selection
• Excellent Photoshop skills (must be proficient in retouching techniques such as color correcting, silhouetting, layer masking, image sizing, and attention to fine details)
• Proficient in Adobe Suite, CMS (WordPress a plus), DAM, Agency relations
• Must be a problem solver! Quick thinking and resourceful; be able to work autonomously with the capability to prioritize multiple projects with fast turn-around times
• Must possess advanced knowledge and relationship with photo agencies, pricing structures and licensing terms
• Knowledge of and interest in pop/celebrity culture and other topics covered on People.com/EW.com
• Must have flexible schedule and be able to work some early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay Range
Salary: $64,480 - $65,000
The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Dotdash Meredith’s total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives. • Edit, label, and tag top images from the live feed of content during games for immediate social and requested use.
• Collaborate with Team Photographer to fulfill photo requests from Corporate Sponsorship, Ticket Sales, website/social media needs, etc.
• Upload to the team's online photo archiving system (Photoshelter) as well as Greenfly for team access.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Photography graduate course work or a minimum of 3 years experience preferred
• Action-oriented, organization first and ability to multi-task
• Trust builder with discretion of the highest order
• Strong artistic vision and creative abilities
• Strong working knowledge of Lightroom Classic, Photoshop, and Photo Mechanic
• Strong working knowledge of digital and still camera equipment.
